All items are genuine gemstone jewelry, carefully selected and come with a certificate from our store.

เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า

Return Conditions

ลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขดังนี้:

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

• สินค้ายังไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน
  The item must be unused
• อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์เหมือนใหม่
  The item must be in original condition
• มีบรรจุภัณฑ์ กล่อง และอุปกรณ์ครบ
  All packaging and accessories must be included
• มีใบรับประกันจากทางร้านแนบครบถ้วน
  The certificate must be included

กรณีที่ไม่สามารถคืนสินค้าได้

Non-returnable Conditions

ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าในกรณีต่อไปนี้:

We reserve the right to reject returns in the following cases:

• สินค้าผ่านการใช้งานแล้ว
  The item has been used
• สินค้าเสียหายจากการใช้งานของลูกค้า
  The item is damaged due to customer use
• ไม่มีบรรจุภัณฑ์หรือใบรับประกัน
  Missing packaging or certificate
• แจ้งคืนเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
  Return request submitted after 7 days

กรณีสินค้าเสียหาย / ได้รับสินค้าผิด

Damaged or Incorrect Items

หากลูกค้าได้รับสินค้า:

• ชำรุด เสียหาย
• ไม่ตรงตามรายการที่สั่งซื้อ

กรุณาติดต่อภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหลังได้รับสินค้า พร้อมแนบหลักฐาน

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product, along with photo or video evidence.

ทางร้านจะดำเนินการเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ใหม่โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
We will replace the item at no additional cost.

นโยบายการคืนเงิน

Refund Policy

การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการในกรณี:

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• สินค้าหมด / ไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้
  Item out of stock or unavailable
• สินค้ามีปัญหา และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้
  Defective item that cannot be replaced

• โอนผ่านบัญชีธนาคารที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง
  Bank transfer to the customer’s account

ค่าจัดส่งในการคืนสินค้า

Return Shipping

• กรณีสินค้ามีปัญหาจากทางร้าน → ร้านรับผิดชอบทั้งหมด
  If the issue is caused by us → We cover all shipping costs
• กรณีเปลี่ยน/คืนด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัว ลูกค้ารับผิดชอบ
  For personal reasons Customer is responsible for shipping

Each gemstone is unique. Slight variations in color or pattern are natural and not considered defects.
